In the latest development, Kejari Banyuasin summoned three Civil Servants to provide testimony regarding the case.

The Head of Kejari Banyuasin, Agus Widodo, through the Head of Investigation and Prosecution (Pidsus) Hendi, explained that the examination of the three Civil Servants was conducted in the Pidsus examination room on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. “We summoned these three Civil Servants to testify as witnesses from the suspects Bambang and Mardiyani,” said Hendi.
In addition to questioning the three Civil Servants, the Pidsus investigative team of Kejari Banyuasin also re-examined the two main suspects, Bambang and Mardiyani, to complete the investigation files against them. The two suspects were accompanied by their respective legal representatives during the examination process.
Hendi emphasized that they will promptly complete the investigation files against the two main suspects so that they can be promptly submitted to the court. “The two suspects are charged with violating articles related to corruption offenses,” he added.
In the development of this case, Kejari Banyuasin has examined several individuals related to the flow of Kopri funds, including former officials and active officials in Banyuasin Regency Government. The state suffered a loss of more than Rp 342 million due to this scandal.
